Howard R. Gluff – Care Financial

Howard Gluff is a native of Muncie, Indiana and has worked in the financial services industry for the last 40 years as President and CEO of Gluff Financial Services, Inc. He graduated from Ball State University with a B.S and M.A. in history and economics. Prior to attending college Howard proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and attended college on the G.I. Bill. Howard is married to Mary E. Gluff and has two sons and three grandchildren.

Through his association with Care Financial Howard will be able to provide his clients with additional financial support through advanced concepts and strategies for retirement income planning, estate planning, wealth accumulation, tax minimization, asset protection and wealth transfer.

Howard was introduced to the financial services industry through his association with A.L. Williams.
